🌌 How the Universe Began — A Story of Wonder, Light, and Connection
Have you ever looked up at the night sky and wondered where everything came from — the stars, the planets, the quiet moon, the warmth of our hearts, the love we hold for those who now live on the other side?
The story begins long before time was counted, before worlds were formed, before any sound or colour existed. In the beginning, there was only stillness. A deep, gentle quiet — the kind of quiet that comes just before a breath.
And then, something extraordinary happened.
A point of light, smaller than a grain of sand, unfolded from within that stillness — not as an explosion in space, but as the beginning of space itself.
This is what scientists call the Big Bang — the moment when the universe began.
From that tiny spark came:
Stars that burn like lanterns in the dark Galaxies swirling like dancers Planets turning slowly in silence And one day, the possibility of life, love, memory, and connection
Everything that exists — including us — was woven from that first light.
✨ But there are other stories too, full of imagination and mystery
Some say the universe breathes.
It expands for billions of years, and then one day slows, rests, and folds back, only to begin again with a new burst of creation.
A universe with seasons, like our own lives — times of rising, times of return.
Others imagine a multiverse — not just one universe, but countless ones, floating like bubbles in a great cosmic sea.
Each with its own stars, its own stories, its own possibilities.
And some believe the universe emerged from a tiny shimmer of energy, flickering in the quiet like a candle flame just before it glows.
A gentle beginning, rather than a dramatic one.
🌙 And what does this mean for us?
It means the universe is full of mystery, and we are part of something vast, ancient, and beautiful.
Our hearts are made from the same star-light as the galaxies Our thoughts contain the same spark that began everything Our love is part of the universe’s first light
And this is where the story touches our grief.
Because if everything in the universe continues, changes, transforms —
then so do the souls we love.
Those who now live in the quiet, shining world beyond ours are not gone.
They have simply moved into another form of light.
The love we shared remains, always, just like the stars continue to shine even when we cannot see them behind the clouds.
Nothing in the universe is ever lost.
It only changes shape.
Just as love does.
Just as we do.
🌈 We belong to the universe, and the universe belongs to us.
From the first spark to the last star,
love is the thread that runs through it all.
